Jutsu Effects[]
The user sends out a rapid bursts of thrusts with his/her weapon. These thrusting motions lend their speed from the user pulling his arm back, turning his/her wrist to change the angle of the next strike, and then striking back out in a minimal timeframe due to the small amount of movements which are involved.
An experienced user can even send piercing thrusts of wind from the tip of the weapon with each thrust, something which can be further augmented by chakra flow; specifically wind.

Can catch an opponent by surprise when moving around something like a Kunai that's being used defensively.
Can hit multiple targets in a small time-frame

Requires the user to have 3.5 in taijutsu before it can be used at full effect.
It's, in essence, nothing more than basic melee.
